Water is the life blood of every living thing in the world. Most of the land surface is covered with water. Plants, fruits, vegetables, animals, and mammals need water to survive. People are no different. Water should be the choice of drinks for all of us. Unfortunately it is not. As a result, some people suffer the consequences of not making significant drinking water daily priority.
As I was growing up my mother would always tell me to drink eight 8 glasses of water a day. I am assuming that she had heard this somewhere. Maybe she heard it on Oprah or one of the talk radio show is used to listen to. I can still hear her telling me to drink lots of water today. Sometimes she would not let me drink anything else until I met their water needs for the day. I often tell her that I had drank enough water at the fountain at school so I could drink the Kool-Aid or soda. That answer has never worked. Most of my meals as a child was occupied by a glass of water. I am grateful that she has created in me a habit to drink water regularly, because it enabled me to good health. Currently experts actually say that you should drink water during meals, it helps the body feel refreshed.
Seventy percent of our body consists of water. Half of our weight is water weight. Water helps our internal systems are working properly. Our blood and the cells were mainly composed of water as well. When we do not drink enough water your body actually holds water. We can say that this is happening, because the urine will be dark yellow. This is the body's way of telling us that we should drink more water. On the contrary when the urine is light yellow or clear your body getting rid of excess water, since we are fully hydrated. You really want to stay in this part of the spectrum.
Some experts say we should drink half our weight in ounces of water daily. If it's warm outside, we should drink more water than usual. While exercising or doing strenuous activity that causes us to sweat to drink water before, during and after. If you do it can become dehydrated. There are lots of unhealthy consequences that come with dehydration such as dizziness, headache, strong smelling urine, and many more do not want to experience.
There are many ways we can get our daily dose of water. The food we eat, such as fruits and vegetables contain lots of water. Natural Fruits and vegetables are the best source of those who are not treated in a bag or can. Many of the beverages we drink every day have a lot of water in them, and coffee. However, be careful not to totally depend on the juice, soda and kool aid for moisture sources such as these drinks are high in sugar and calories that are not good for the body in high doses. Pure H2O is always pure and elite source of hydration. In addition, for each serving of alcohol to drink should drink a glass of water to subdue him because alcohol actually absorbs water.
I am aware that many people simply do not like the taste of water. There are a lot of water supplements on the market that provide the taste of water, and add vitamins and minerals that are actually good for you. Personally, my water flavor enhancer choice is to turn tubes certified organic health and wellness company. They have several flavors to help enhance immunity, joint health, and fruit and vegetable servings body treba.Okusa ranging from orange to strawberry kiwi. Personally, I use the strawberry flavor Kiwi immunity at the site of the air. I have found that these bent tubes give me water is delicious flavors, all without added sugar, calories, and that other competing brands of water to give flavor.
