Health Habits: Keep Your Balance

As portion of my duties as a home business owner, I have to travel with some regularity. Frequently, I'm especially good at bringing my health habits on the road, and working to maintain my vitality from any location. But recently, I got out the door for a 4-day trip with out my supplements.

After a day or two, my physique could tell some thing was different... my system is accustomed to the supplements I take. Luckily, though, my personal vitality program does not depend on any one day-to-day well being habit, including my often-disciplined approach to supplementing my diet.
